So, Æqo got off the tie last night and was gone for about 4 hours. There was much panicking and running about hunting for her. Boat load of fail, but a lot of exercise was had. The results were... expensive.

My poor eejit girl, it seems, finally got a crack at the porcupines that we have around here.

Trip to the vet resulted in minor surgery to remove several of quills that were deeply embedded in her shoulder blade and a lot of drugs for her to take over the next week or so, and a moderately ugly bill.

But My dear little girl is back home and on her best behavior, high on painkillers and just a bit more sedate than usual. I expect the exercise restriction is going to drive us all nuts...
